Welcome to Snippet Spotlight 07/25.

Another week is at an end, as does a short experiment we conducted by accident. This week, we were making some changes to how emails reach you; in all of the chaos of making sure everyone who had subscribed received our email, we only managed to write up two editions. Don’t fear; next week we’ll be back to the planned 5 editions.

At UnCommons, Las Vegas, the signage, graphics, and environmental branding go beyond simple functions; they create a narrative. Developed by RSM Design, intentional details, from the names of streets to curated public art, contribute to an experience that feels intentional, personal, and deeply connected to the community.

Bishop Momo, Austin by Asterisk

Bishop Momo isn’t your typical residential development. Developed by Asterisk, it rejects the bland uniformity of city living and embraces a bold, rebellious personality. From the hot pink lighting bolt to the graffiti-inspired wayfinding, everything about this space challenges established conventions around residential branding.
